Food in China is spicier than Canada. Chinese people often use spicy seasoning to improve the taste of dishes, such as anise, cumin powder, pepper, chili and garlic. Canadians prefer to eat some sweet and light food. In china, fried meat with green pepper is the most common and delicious food. It is very easy to make. Even some kids know how to make it. When I was in China, I ate fried meat with green pepper every day. Here is the recipe:
Here is your list of ingredients:
- Two green peppers
- A piece of tenderloin
- Garlic
- 2 spoonful of starch
- Soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- A pinch of salt
- Edible oil
How to make fried meat with green pepper:
-Cut the tenderloin into small slices, then marinate it with salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, starch and edible oil for a while.
-Heat the pan without oil, then stir-fry the green pepper in the pan for a few times and shovel it up for reserve.
-Put oil into the pan, then stir-fry the meat and garlic in the pan. When the meat is ready, add green pepper and salt. Finally, stir-fry for a while.
