Pick a recipe that you would like to introduce to Global Kitchen and prepare a posting for the class blog:


- Explain what you think the main differences are between food from home country and food in Canada (2-3 sentences)

- Explain why you picked this recipe and what it represents for you (2-3 sentences)

- Write the actual recipe. Don't forget to include a picture of it if you can!

- Make a list of 10 key vocabulary words related to cooking that you used in your recipe.


The final copy should be posted on March 18th!
