A recipe fron China: Fried Lamb with Cumin by Paul

Material Ingredients: 500g mutton Ingredients: 50g coriander, 15g cumin powder, 10g pepper powder, 5g pepper powder, 1 spoonful raw extract, 3G salt, 10g starch, 20g ripe white sesame

Fried Lamb with Cumin

Process

1.Mutton is soaked in warm water for half an hour, then washed and cut into thick silk. 2. Put the cut mutton into starch and raw soy sauce, then put in cumin grab and marinate for 10 minutes. 3. Clean the coriander and set aside. 4. Heat the pan and pour in a small amount of oil. Stir-fry mutton. 5. After the mutton is discolored, the water content of the dried mutton is slowly stir-fried over low heat. 6. Stir-fry with salt. 7. Stir-fry chilli powder, cumin powder and pepper powder evenly. 8. Stir-fried mutton in a dish covered with coriander.
