There are many cuisines in the world, such as Arabic, French, Indian and Chinese. Every cuisine is different from the other. Each one has special characteristics, secrets and diversities. Food in Canada has high nutritional value because of the cold weather. Canadian food focuses on dishes that contain a large amount of meat such as Poutine and Montreal-style smoked meat. There also are different types of dessert such as Butter Tarts and Beavertails.

On the other hand, Arabic cuisine is known as a various regional dishes such as Arabian Gulf, Arabian Magreb and Mediterranean regions. These cuisines have many similarities but unique traditions. Since I am from the Arabian Gulf region, specifically from Saudi Arabia, I would like to share with you the traditional food from my country, which is (Kabsa). I appreciate this dish because it is high in nutrients, is delicious and easy to cook. Many busy people, students and employees can cook it after they come back from work. This traditional food can be eaten by everyone all year long. It is usually served with yogurt and salad. I recommend everyone to try it.
