The Chinese Noodle Soup

China is a country rich in wheat. People in China liked to grind wheat into powder and mix with water to make noodles.

Unlike spaghetti, Chinese noodles can be made from any types of wheat, and the texture is more flexible than that Italian side, and Chinese noodle easier to cook with the taste of sauce.

When I was very young, my parents made this simple food for us. The noodles can fry with vegetables or meat, or just in water and add salt to make the noodle soup.

Finally, why I choice to introduce Chinese noodles, because the Chinese noodles texture difference from spaghetti. For some Chinese who live in foreign country. Eating Chinese noodles is a good way to reduce homesick.

Ingredients

How to make Chinese Noodles soup:

First, add water to flour to make dough.

In the second step, roll out the dough into a patch.

In the third step, fold the pasta several times, then cut it into fourths with a knife.

Then add the noodles to the boiling water and add the last step to the noodles.

And then add seasoning to the cooked noodles to make the noodles soup.
